A phased creation of digital elevation model for hydrodynamic modeling in flat zones

Hydrodynamic modeling of rivers with flood simulation requires an accurate description the riverbed and inundation morphology. Depending on a geodetic survey method data collected, digital elevation models different accuracy can be created. This paper describes methodology for creating hybrid model intended hydraulic calculations, analysis, results systematization interpretation. The case study selected illustration is flat ground area surrounding Tamis River in Panonian Plain Serbia. production steps, advantages disadvantages created surveying methods are explained, as well application 1D- 2D- hydrodynamic modeling.
